We have practical fire and rescue industry knowledge uniquely combined with product development and marketing experience. Our principal mission is to Reduce Rescuer’s Risk by creating innovations that lead to safer and successful military and law enforcement incidents. We look to transform the military and law enforcement industry by bringing cutting-edge products to market.


Strategic Rescue Products provides all the capabilities and resources required, including Intellectual Property, Product Development, Product Design, Manufacturing and Distribution. The kernel of this strategy is in re-conceiving the business model as an innovation development platform providing the individuals closest to the job being done by Fire & Rescue, TACMED, LEO, Military, SOF personnel with the resources and infrastructure to develop and commercialize these innovative fire & rescue, law enforcement and military related products. All SRP products are tested by Intertek.

May Tømmervold

The Winner of the 2017 World Police & Fire Games Womens Individual Ultimate Firefighter Competition. From 1999-2014, May served in the Norwegian Armed Forces, finishing her career as a Helicopter System Operator. May is a Firefighter in her native Norway. 

Fred Fusco

Army, Green Beret, Special Forces Medical Sergeant, Master Breacher, Assault Team, K9 Handler

A 20+ year Army retiree, 12 years as a Green Beret working as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant, Fred has several deployments in support of the Global War on Terrorism. He then became an Operator in the US Army’s elite Special Missions Unit. While assigned there Fred worked as an Assault Team member, Master Breacher, Sniper/Observer, Multi-purpose K9 Handler and Operations Sergeant Major for the K9 Program. 

Dutch Moyer

Retired Sergeant Major (SGM) from the U.S. Army after 31 years of service, 26 of those were spent with the Special Operations Command, where Dutch completed 13 combat tours while stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan. A recognized weapons expert, tactical trainer and small unit tactics instructor, he is a also a K-9 handler/trainer, survival expert and off-road driving instructor. Dutch is the recipient of the Legion of Merit, 5 Bronze Stars and numerous other decorations and awards for valour.

Justin Overholt

Justin Overholt is an emergency response professional, consultant and trainer specializing in all-hazards/all-crimes emergency planning, training, exercise design and exercise facilitation. With an ongoing professional career spanning 27 years, Justin is a veteran of both US Marine Force Recon & US Army Special Forces. His civilian career includes law enforcement, firefighting, emergency medical services, technical rescue, hazardous materials/weapons of mass destruction, tactical medicine and USAR-K9.
