LALO orders are processed between 8am and 5pm PST, Monday-Friday. Orders are NOT shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. You can expect to receive your order within two weeks.
We only ship to the United States and Canada via USPS or UPS Ground.
Applicable taxes will apply based on the shipping address.
Of course we ship to APO, DPO, or FPO Addresses! All mail must be addressed to someone specific and will arrive via USPS only.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days from the date of purchase. Mistakes by the customer will have a 30% restocking penalty added if we choose to accept a return.
Product must be returned in original packaging. Please let us know why you are returning the shoes.
To make a return, fill out the form below. Include your order number, contact information and reason for return. You will then be contacted with return instructions and a RMA Number. Your return shipment must be received by us within 45 days from the original ship date. Refund or credit towards a replacement item will be limited to the original purchase price less freight.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the following items:
• Goods damaged by misuse
• Goods damaged by abuse
We reserve the right to change these policies without notice and to limit sales, exchanges or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of our exchange policy. This policy applies to U.S. and Canada only.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. We will keep you updated on your order status via email.
